What the MN State GOP Accomplished in 2019

SENATE MAJORITY LEADER , PAUL GAZELKA, NOT ONLY WON VICTORIES BUT PREVENTED BAD LEGISLATION AND ACCOMPLISHED THESE EFFORTS ON SCHEDULE. 

THE BELOW LISTED ITEMS ARE WHAT THE REPUBLICAN CONTROLLED SENATE WON:

             * STOPPED $12 BILLION IN TAX INCREASES
             * STOPPED A 20 CENT PER GALLON GAS TAX INCREASE
             * CUT THE SECOND TIER INCOME TAX
             * CUT THE "SICK TAX"
             * STOPPED GUN CONTROL LEGISLATION
             * STOPPED GOVERNMENT-RUN HEALTH CARE
             * STOPPED AN ULTRA-EXPENSIVE "PAID-FAMILY-LEAVE" BILL
             * KEPT AUTO-RELATED SALES TAXES DIRECTED TOWARDS ROADS AND BRIDGES
             * STOPPED ENERGY LEGISLATION (MN GREEN NEW DEAL) FROM ADVANCING
             * HELD THE EDUCATIONAL-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX TO A 2% INCREASE PER YEAR

THE BELOW LISTED ITEM IS WHAT GOVERNOR TIM WALZ & SPEAKER MELISSA HORTMAN WON:
      
             * A CONTINUED "SICK TAX" THAT WAS REDUCED FROM 2% TO 1.8%


A SPECIAL THANKS MUST BE EXTENDED TO ALL REPUBLICAN SENATORS AND REPRESENTATIVES WHO CONTRIBUTED IN THIS EFFORT TO PUT CHECKS AND REINS ON THE "TAX AND SPEND" DEMOCRATS.
